With the right care and maintenance, you can expect your concrete creation to last for years to come. 

Although we exercise strict control over our processes and what leaves our Northland workshop, the nature of any craft means that, occasionally, defects can occur. In recognition of this, we are proud to offer a 24 month warranty on all our products from the original purchase date based on the following: 

This warranty info is to be read in conjunction with our Care and Maintenance guide, Installation Guide and Magic of Concrete guide. Failure to follow these guides will void the warranty. 

All products to be installed by a licensed professional on a clean and level surface. 

Please ensure that water temperatures comply with your local plumbing regulations to maintain warranty coverage. 

This warranty does not cover chips, scratches or other excessive impact damage to the product. 

Each warranty claim is assessed on an individual basis, and Cast's responsibility may be limited to providing a replacement or an exchange. Cast cannot be held accountable for any labour, installation charges, removal or disposal costs, or any other expenses associated with a defective product or its replacement. 

This warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended to subsequent owners of either the residence where the product was initially installed or the product itself. 

This warranty extends only to defects in materials and workmanship which occur during normal use and does not cover any misuse or use of the product beyond its intended purpose. 

The hand-poured nature of our designs results in an uneven exterior finish characterized by air bubbles, pinholes, and other variations in the surface texture. These marks are not faults and should be considered as part of the character of the material and the design – for more information, please read our Magic of Concrete guide. 

Cast shall not be liable for any extraordinary, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any nature, including but not limited to damages incurred by other property, inconvenience, loss of reputation, lost profits or revenue, or financial setbacks, loss of product functionality, or claims for damages arising from the use of the product. 

Cast reserves the right to revise these warranty terms and conditions at any time.
